SEZAM (Archival Holdings Registration System) - contains information about National Archival Resources stored in state archives.

IZA (Inventories of some archival fonds) -The system contains integrated information from data bases grouping of archival materials - documentation of records, files and cartographic technology. In total, we presented a nearly 2 400 000 described archival units, located in the inventories of more than 24 900 teams, representing more than 28% of all teams kept in state archives.

PRADZIAD (Vital records and civil registers) - Program of Registration Act Civil Records and Civil Status contain information about the public register and marital status which are stored in all state archives. Database does not contain lists of names in the documents or information about specific individuals.

ELA (Population Database in Archive) contains information prepared for different purposes and for different purposes census, in all their physical forms (records, lists, files, etc.), Located in the archival material stored in the state archives (data contain information collected in 2009.).
